5. He’d rather lose you than lose his mother- If you complain about what is going on, you might just be sent packing because he’d rather lose you than his mother. If his mom doesn’t like you, instead of him telling his mom that he does and that’s what matters, he most likely will end things with you eventually because mommy dearest said so.

6. He won’t defend you- No matter whether or not his mom is totally wrong in the situation, he will not defend you. He will be too afraid to stand up to his mother and therefore will let her treat you however she pleases. This is by no means acceptable because he should defend whoever is right in the situation; however for a mama’s boy, his mom is always right.

7. He probably still lives at home with his mother- He probably still lives at home with his mother. Because he is living in her house, things will be 10 times worse and yet he won’t want to leave. He is completely content to still be living at home and nothing you say will change that.

Tests Show Letter Sent To Obama Contains Poison Ricin

Authorities said Wednesday they had intercepted a letter to the White House that tested positive for ricin poison.

The Secret Service acknowledged the letter addressed to President Obama contained a suspicious substance, and the FBI later said tests showed it was ricin, the same deadly toxin sent in a letter addressed to Sen. Roger Wicker. The Wicker letter was made public on Tuesday.

News that the letter to Obama was being investigated came as a flurry of other reports of suspicious letters and a package caused the evacuation of parts of two Senate buildings and set nerves in Washington on edge.

The letter contained “a granular substance that preliminarily tested positive for ricin,” an FBI statement said. But the statement added: “There is no indication of a connection to the attack in Boston,” where three people were killed in bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday.

The Secret Service said the letter to Obama was received at a mail screening facility on Tuesday.

“This facility routinely identifies letters or parcels that require secondary screening or scientific testing before delivery,” the Secret Service said in a statement. “The Secret Service White House mail screening facility is a remote facility, not located near the White House complex, that all White House mail goes through.”

“The Secret Service is working closely with the U.S. Capitol Police and the FBI in this investigation,” Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan said in a statement.

Parts of the Russell and Hart Senate office buildings were cleared while officials investigated suspicious letters and a package, a Capitol Police spokesman said.

CNN read a statement from a spokesman to Senator Richard Shelby, saying that Capitol Police were investigating a suspicious package that had been delivered to their office.

Senator Carl Levin said one of his Michigan regional offices had received a suspicious-looking letter, but it was not opened. Authorities are investigating, Levin said in a statement.

On Tuesday U.S. authorities intercepted a letter sent to Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker that preliminary tests showed contained the deadly poison ricin.

Ricin from the castor oil plant Ricinus communis, is a highly toxic, naturally occurring protein. A dose as small as a few grains of table salt can kill an adult human.

White House press secretary Jay Carney said Obama had been briefed twice on the investigation. “He was briefed last night and again this morning,” Carney said.

Clear The Mess Or We Would Clear You''- Military Officers Tell Politicians

With an unusual grandstanding and harsh words, the Nigerian military today warned political office holders and civil servants that the nation’s armed forces are already running out of patience with the manner things are going in the country especially the unbridled looting of public funds and undue interference in the runnings of military operations.

Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Admiral Ola Sa’ad Ibrahim and the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika issued the threats separately today though in a manner that suggests that their decision to make the declaration was predetermined and coordinated. They both spoke in their offices in Abuja while receiving the new Permanent Secretary posted to the Ministry of Defence, Aliyu Ismaila. The CDS who fired the first shot at the Defence Headquarters (DHQ) categorically declared that the military was fast running out of patience with the “pile of mess” being created in the polity as reflected in the runnings of the Ministry of Defence.

“You find too many stories about grandstanding, stories about procurement. I hope your tour of duty will focus on these issues. I will close this my response by saying that you inherited a pile of work, let me call it work, some call it pile of mess. You have to clear it up”, the CDS warned while referring to the corruption rooted in the MOD.

Also speaking in the same tone, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika warned that the military have had enough from political office holders in the MOD interfering in their operational issues. President Obama Responds to Jay-Z Diss Track “Open Letter”

In a bizarre demonstration of how much impact celebrities have on the mass media and even politics, President Barack Obama recently commented about Jay-Z’s diss track “Open Letter,” in which he took aim at Obama for the flack he and his wife Beyonce received after their recent vacation to Havana, Cuba.

“I wasn’t familiar that they were taking the trip," the president says in an interview with Today's Savannah Guthrie that was conducted Monday before the Boston Marathon bombings and aired Wednesday on the NBC morning show.

In “Open Letter,” Jay-Z implies Obama reprimanded him directly for touring Havana: “Obama said ‘Chill you’re going to get me impeached’/ You don’t need this sh—anyway, chill with me on the beach.”

“My understanding is I think they went through a group that organizes these educational trips down to Cuba. You know, this is not something the White House was involved with. We've got better things to do," Obama said.

Under current U.S policy, Americans can only visit Cuba as part of an academic or educational program and they must receive a license to do so from the U.S. Treasury Department of Foreign Assets Control. Jay-Z and Beyonce’s visit to Cuba was approved by the Treasury as an educational and cultural exchange, not a relaxing getaway. When the couple returned with photos of a dream beach vacation they were attacked by Florida conservative Republican Senator Marco Rubio and Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Dian-Balart, who issued angry complaint letters.

I an interview with ABC News’ “This Week,” Rubio remarked, "I won't rap it, but I'll say, first of all, I think Jay-Z needs to get informed. The travel policies need to be tightened because they are being abused. These are tourist trips, and what they are doing is providing hard currency and funding so that a tyrannical regime can maintain its grip on the island of Cuba."

In “Open Letter” Jay-Z also fired back at Rubio and his constituents saying, “They wanna give me jail time and a fine -- Fine, let me commit a real crime."

“Open Letter” was produced by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. In an interview with New York’s Hot 97, Swizz said they started the song in Jay-Z’s office. "I had the portable drum machine with me, then we went down to the 40/40 [club] to watch the game," he said. "Then [Timbaland] came by and was like, 'That beat is crazy.' Nigerian Student Facing Life Imprisonment In Ukraine Releasedz

Nigerian student, Olaolu Femi, who has been in detention in the Lungask district of Ukrain for about a year after being arrested for attempted murder has been released. He was released yesterday.

Ukrainian police charged him with attempted murder, but according to eye witnesses, Olaolu was defending himself against six Ukrainian teenagers who attacked him at the entrance to his apartment block last year. Olaolu was said to have managed to get up and defended himself against the assailants with a glass from a broken bottle.

"It was while he was defending himself that police arrived at the scene and the Nigerian was subsequently arrested and charged with attempted murder of five people" a Nigerian embassy staff who had knowledge of the case said at the time.

Police force adulterous couple to walk naked through the city

Police in Pakistan forced an adulterous couple to walk naked through the city, according to reports.

Four police officers were suspended in Pakistan after forcing a man and a woman accused of adultery to strip naked and parade around the city as punishment, prompting outraged witnesses to film the walk of shame.

"They were abusing me, and that made us walk," said the man, Mumtaz Mirbahar, after the incident. "She was pleading with them, 'You have mothers and sisters of your own. Please, let me get dressed.’"

Mirbahar, 52, and the unidentified woman were arrested by police on charges of attempt to commit adultery. A second unidentified woman was arrested with them, although there were conflicting reports about whether she was forced to walk naked to the police station. Officials said the three accused were already naked when they arrived.

They were allegedly part of a prostitution ring that the community had been complaining, Irfan Baloch, a senior local police officer, told the news media. "The main mistake of the arresting police officer was that he ought to have covered them up," Baloch said.

Mirbahar was known in the neighborhood for throwing fuel alcohol dance parties during Ramadan, according to reports, one of the holiest times of the year for Muslims. Alcohol is forbidden by Islam at all times. Mirbahar said he was deeply affected by the public humiliation.
