9 Tips On How To Become A Stronger Woman

1. Identify your femaleness.
Find that part of you that makes you a special female specifically. Do you have pretty eyes? A lyrical voice? Flowing hair? Find something that you can look at your feminine side and say now that is something woman about me. It doesn't have to be an appearance characteristic, but definitely something men just can't pull off like you do.

2. Find a strong woman you believe in.
Emulate her. Look to Audrey Hepburn, Mother Teresa, Hillary Clinton, your mother, your best friend's big sister, anyone! Find a woman you appreciate. Next time you need to be strong think to yourself, "What would (insert name) do?"

3. Cut out all the drama.
It can be hard but confident strong women don't appreciate gossip and over the top emotional situations. You can be a tender, emotional, easily moved woman. That does not mean you need to talk about other people's business. When gossip comes up in conversation think classy and don't contribute.

4. Start talking to people and be proud of what you have to say.
Confidence is key. It can be very difficult when you are a reserved woman, but speaking up changes everything. Make conversation with strangers (in an appropriate, non-threatening manner) and stay involved in current events and newsworthy topics to help make wise up-to-date chit chat. When speaking to those you already know speak more than you usually do, but give people a chance to speak about themselves as well. (No one likes to do anything more than talk about themselves and taking that away is dangerous.) Remember to be proud, patient, pensive when speaking. You don't want to come off as cheeky or boastful so thoroughly thinking through your statements can be helpful.

5. Kiss the past goodbye.
If you're doing an internal make over than wiping your past clean can be a great mental break. Take a step back and think to yourself, "I woke up this morning a powerful female. I'm staying that way no matter what comes my way, and anything I did yesterday can just melt away. I'm not doing that again." And if your past ever does come back to bite you, supply an apology from a place of both humility and strength. If you feel the need to let these people know you're moving on tell them so. They may not agree and the band-aid formed may not hold, but you will be happier internally if you stay strong, don't lash out, and keep your cool.

6. Keep your convictions.
Don't run from fights. Wanting to avoid conflict is a natural reaction to any issue, but fleeing from it doesn't always help. Speak what's on your mind in a civil manner, even if you're opponent is not being as lady-like. Tell them why you believe you are correct, justify that statement, and give them an opportunity to speak openly. If you discover you are correct and they lay down walk away empowered, but be gracious about your victory. If you discover you were wrong in your beliefs politely explain what you were wrong about, apologize if necessary, and walk away guilt free. (Over apologizing can be painful, so be calm and remain strong.) If you come to a dead tie that remains unresolved: drop it. If it's brought back up, handle it. But don't go searching for an issue.

7. Admit your flaws. Be open and content with things you are not good at, laugh about photos of yourself you find unflattering, and smile about positions you did not achieve/ contests you did not win etc. Be content not being perfect. Women who try to be exempt from flaws crumble faster than those with too many to count.

8. Be happy having enemies.
From a young age everyone must learn that some people just won't like you. Once you know you are disliked by someone (whether it was provoked or not) understand that and know they aren't worth your time. Don't force a friendship to happen, it will do more harm than good.

9. Handle insults and compliments with grace.
Take every comment made about you as lightly as possible. Appreciate flattering statements with a simple un-exaggerated "thank you" and ignore not so flattering comments.

Jay Z Speaks On Beyonce’s Pregnancy Rumours

Rapper, Jay Z, has denied reports of his wife, singer Beyonce’s pregnancy.
Last week, entertainment channel, E! “confirmed” through its website rumours of the songstress and mother of one’s second pregnancy. E! based its report on information from undisclosed sources close to the singer.
Rumours of the probability of Beyonce carrying her second child had started when the singer, who is currently on an European, had cancelled an appearance in Belgium due to “exhaustion and dehydration.”
The singer wrote a personal handwritten letter in which she apologised for disappointing for her fans and stated that it was “first time she had ever had to cancel a show.”
The internet was soon awash with rumours of a possible arrival of a sibling for Blue Ivy, first child of Beyonce and Jay Z.

Church Of Scotland To Now Allow Gay Ministers

The Church of Scotland on Monday voted to allow gay ministers following years of debate between the liberal and traditionalist sides of the church.
Scottish gay rights campaigners praised the move but the Free Church of Scotland called it a fudge.
The General Assembly pledged commitment to its “current doctrine and practice in relation to human sèxuality” but said it would not prevent liberal congregations to opt out of the convention. The assembly will re-analyse the decision at next year’s meeting and draft new regulations if it decides to implement the result of Monday’s historic vote.
Church leaders were expected to vote for one of three options: to reject the ordination of gay men and women as ministers, to allow their ordination or to allow their ordination but with the option for individual congregations to opt out.
In the end, the Church voted for a fourth proposal put forward by the Very Reverend Albert Bogle.
Bogle’s motion to “affirm the Church’s historic and current doctrine and practice in relation to human sèxuality, (but) nonetheless permit those Kirk Sessions who wish to depart from that doctrine and practice to do so” was carried with 340 votes in favour to 282 against. “We welcome this decision by the Church of Scotland, which is particularly important for the many LGBT people within the Church and their friends and family,” said Equality Network policy co-ordinator Tom French.
“This is a positive step forward for a more equal society, and speaks to the progressive values of 21st century Scotland.”
However, the Free Church of Scotland, which split from the Church of Scotland in the 19th century, called the result “totally confusing”.

“The winning motion says that it affirms the historic doctrine of the Church, which is of course opposed to the ordination of ministers in same-sèx relationships,” said a spokesman.
“Yet at the same time the motion permits congregations to call ministers in same-sèx relationships. The whole thing is totally confusing.”

He and his ex girlfriend Karrueche Tran engaged in a very raunchy Twitter exchange on Saturday.
And it appears the rumours that Chris Brown and the model are back together may very well be true.
The 24-year-old was involved in a minor car accident on Tuesday in Los Angeles after he rear ended another car, and none other than Karreuche, 24, was seen standing with him at the scene.

In one shot, the singer is seen with a stormy look on his face as he stands to the side while the blonde female whose car he hit talks next to him on her cellphone.
He wore a black sweater, baggy grey sweatpants and white trainers, accessorising with layers of gold chains around his neck.
Karreuche, meanwhile, wore ripped jeans and a blue top as she played an active role on the scene, taking pictures of the dented car with her cellphone.

The new pictures certainly add fuel to the rumours that the former couple are giving their relationship another go.
Celebrating her birthday on Saturday, Karrueche made the somewhat bizarre move of posting a snap on her Instagram page of her thrusting her naked bottom into the rapper's face.
Alongside the candid picture, she wrote: 'TBT my birthday last year. Who's face am I gonna put my ass in this year? Lmao I'm kidding.'

And it was obviously a happy memory for Chris, as he responded to her unusual Twitter gesture with the tweet: 'Happy bday @karrueche.'
Karrueche then sent a simple reply of her own, a heart, adding yet further fuel to rumours the pair are thinking of reuniting.
A source told Hollywood Life: 'He's been initiating contact with her, not the other way around. I wouldn't say Karrueche and Chris are together but they are talking and kicking it.'

Karreuche was left disappointed last October when he ended their relationship to get back with his former flame Rihanna.
But just months after confirming his reconciliation with the Diamonds pop star, he announced that they had split again during an interview with Australian radio hosts Kyle & Jackie O Show.
He said: 'The way I look at it is, I'm always going to love that person, but people have differences, and people have different wants and needs, at the end of the day she's a young girl.'

Retired pastor arrested for killing his two wives

A retired Pennsylvania Pastor was charged with killing his two wives after they both died under mysterious circumstances, according to prosecutors.

Retired Pennsylvania Pastor Arthur A.B. Schirmer was a serial womanizer, preying on women in the church who were having problems in their marriage, according to court papers. However, adultery might have been the least of his sins.

He was charged two years ago in the death of his second wife. Now Schirmer is accused of killing his first wife, too, after a grand jury concluded that her injuries were not consistent with a fall down the stairs, Lebanon County prosecutors announced on Friday. He intends to plead not guilty, and their children say they support him.

Schirmer, 64, has long claimed that he had gone jogging on April 23, 1999, when he returned home to find the body of Jewel Schirmer in a pool of blood on the bottom of the basement stairs. Although she had suffered a fractured skull, facial, body, arms and leg injuries, the coroner made no determination as to whether her death was an accident or a homicide, and the case was closed.

That decision did not sit well with her brother. Jonathan Behney told police two days after the death of his sister, that it was his view that her head was crushed by someone, a police statement said. He added that Arthur had been unfaithful to her sister for some time and has had several extramarital affairs with other women.

Police and prosecutors decided to take another look at Jewel Schirmer's death after her husband of 31 years was under investigation for the 2008 death of his second wife, Betty Jean, in the Pocono Mountains. Prosecutors say the pastor killed Betty Jean Schirmer, then staged a car accident to cover it up.

On Friday, Behney welcomed the decision to charge Schirmer in the death of his 50-year-old sister.

PHOTOS: Nicki Minaj Gives Lil Wayne sèxy Lap Dance On Stage

She began the night looking elegant yet restrained in a modest red gown.
But once onstage, Nicki Minaj unleashed her wild side as she gave rapper Lil Wayne a raunchy lap dance as they performed High School at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday.
The 30-year-old hip-hop star donned shredded leggings, a midriff-baring crop-top, and bootie heels while onstage the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Near the end of the track, the Roman Holiday hitmaker gamely straddled and writhed against the tattooed rapper, who was seated in a chair center-stage.
The big finish to Nicki's explicit twerk fest involved her completely bent over suggestively fanning her fingers between her legs. Many fans were probably concerned that Lil Wayne might suffer another seizure from their very close encounter.
Nicki finished off her 'ghetto-fabulous' look with a straight black wig with fringe, which she topped with a Chanel baseball cap.

A suburban man was arrested and charged after he stabbed his daughter’s fiance with a knife nine times on the Far South Side in November, prosecutors said Sunday.
Claude Jones, 50, of the 2000 block of Georgetown Lane in Waukegan, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.
Jones got into an argument with his future son-in-law in the 8900 block of South Aberdeen Street in Washington Heights on Nov. 8, 2012, according to court documents.
Jones struck his future son-in-law in the head, and they started fighting, Assistant State’s Attorney Christina Brewer said.
Prosecutors did not give details in court as to what the two were arguing about.
The victim was stabbed nine times, Brewer said. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where Brewer said he required 32 stitches for stab wounds to his chest, shoulders and back.
His age was not available.
Jones was arrested at his home and identified as the attacker by the victim on Friday, six months after the stabbing, according to court documents.
Prosecutors did not say why he was not arrested until months after the incident.
Judge Maria Kuriakos Ciesil ordered Jones held on $400,000 bail Sunday

Police shoot and kill naked student inside University [PICTURED]

A naked student was shot and killed by police at Alabama college, according to reports.

A campus police officer fatally shot the naked student after he was acting erratically and in a threatening manner at the University of South Alabama.

The shooting occurred after officers heard knocking at a window at the campus police station after 1 am. An officer went to investigate and found Gilbert Thomas Collar, an 18-year-old freshman from Wetumpka, Alabama naked and acting erratically, according to information posted on the school website. The message described Collar as muscular.

"The man ran several times and verbally challenged the officer in a fighting position," the message said. The officer drew his gun, ordered Collar to stop and moved back several times, but Collar continued to threaten him.

At one point, Collar stopped, but then lunged at the officer again. When the freshman did not respond to orders to stop, the officer shot him in the chest. The student continued to struggle for a while, then collapsed and died.

The officer, who was not identified, has been placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation. The university publicized the information as a crime alert on their home page. The district attorney's office and the county sheriff's department are investigating.

(Must Read)-30 Things Every Woman Should Have By 30(by Myne Whitman)

Every lady has a set of goals she wants to achieve by the time she is 30. It doesn't all involve marriage(Yep). I found this list compiled by MyneWhitman. on www.romancemeetslife.com  very educative and really spot on.Its a list.so ladies read and decide ......and re evaluate too

Below is her list....
If you are a woman close to your thirties, this is my list of 30 things you should have:

1. An education – This is the best investment you could ever make in your life. Continue learning because as long as you keep learning, you keep growing.

2. A vocation: In addition to your education, become a professional in your career or area of specialisation. Get trained and get the necessary qualifications.

3. A savings account in your own name (and enough money in it) – One of the wisest investments you can make is starting a savings account early. Apportion at least 10% of your earnings to this account and watch it grow.

4. A sense of humor, style and purpose Humor is very attractive and will get you through some tough patches. A sense of style lets you stand out from your peers and having purpose ensures you pursue your goals with focus.

5. The wisdom to fall in love with your eyes open Know what you want out of your love relationships and avoid being carried away with the ‘feeling’ of love.

6. The perfect suit to wear for a job interview  As you move higher in life, there’s sure to be numerous job interviews. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so make sure your suit gives the very best first impression.
7. A set of matching luggage – You may need to go on vacation sometime.  Do it in style with your set of matching luggage.

8. A matching set of lacy bikini Who knows? You may need to relax at the beach when you go off on that vacation or go for a swim anytime soon. Make sure your bikini is just perfect for the occasion.

9. A recipe for a meal you are almost perfect at – Even if it’s something basic, make sure you are almost perfect at preparing one complete meal.

10. A first love (and several other loves) The magic of first love is as painful when it’s over, but the best part of it is that after you cry your eyes out, you let go and become wiser. And when you love again, you will know how to keep it. This time, longer.

11. A broken heart (and the knowledge that you can survive it) – A broken heart means that you tried…at least. Only time (and girlfriends) can heal your broken heart. You can survive it….and love again.

12. One friend that makes you laugh….and one you can always run toWhat can we do without close friends? Make friends for life and be a friend yourself.

13. A childhood you are grateful for (though not perfect) None of us chose our childhood, but we can be grateful for all it taught us (perfect or not).

14. A plan for the future you are looking forward to – Without a plan for your future, how do you know when you get there? Sit down with yourself and write where you see yourself in 3, 5, 10 years and make a plan to get there.

15. A good skin care routine – Glowing skin is the dream of every woman. But it does not just happen. Get a good skin care regimen that is best for your skin type and watch your skin glow.

16. A good hairdresser A woman’s hair is her crowning glory. Get a hairdresser who understands your hair and can help you maintain it in the best possible way.

17. A tailor who can make drop dead outfits – The way you dress is the way you will be addressed. Get a tailor who knows what style really is.

18. A spiritual foundation and faith in God Maintaining a relationship with God is the best foundation for life. He is your creator and redeemer, so get closer to Him each passing day.

19. A drop dead gorgeous photo of yourself - to remind you that you are beautiful.

20. A best friend If you fall down, your best friend will pick you up. If you need a hand or a shoulder to cry on, your best friend will be there.

21. A dream - it all starts with a dream. Dream! Let your imagination run wild while you fill up a blank sheet of paper with everything you want to be, do or have. This will keep you going even in the tough times.

22. The phone number of someone who will drop everything and come when you call.

23. A perfectly fitted bra - Wearing the right sized bra is comfortable, helps your posture and aids the lymph flow inside your breasts.  Also, since your breasts will spend most of their time in a bra, should they not be comfortable?

24. A pair of jeans that fit just right - Most ladies will wear a pair of jeans at least once a week. Jeans can also be worn for informal and semi-formal events. Having one that fits just right would make you stand out from the crowd.
25. A handbag you can never get tired of - Handbags are one of those accessories a lady can’t do without. A nice, reasonably sized leather handbag will always do the trick.

26. An average proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel No matter who you are or what you do, you need to be computer savvy. Start with basic Microsoft Word and Excel, but don’t stop there.

27. Confidence – You are a woman. You are important. Carry yourself as one.

28. Humility Modesty and an unassuming nature are not signs of weakness. Only a very strong and confident person can be humble. Refuse to get puffed up but remain humble.

29. The guts to say No without feeling guilty People will always need you to do things for them. Do as much as you can but never choke yourself just to please people. Sometimes you just need to say No.

30. A competitive streak: A desire to be the best and to stand out from the crowd. Make yourself more productive so that you remain relevant.
