With his 10th anniversary celebration at hand, D’banj has revealed his story about the breakup that split Mo'Hits records.
In a new interview on ‘The Truth’, D’banj spoke deeply about his issues with the Don Jazzy, and Dr Sid. The interview ranges from him chasing Kanye West, and his betrayal by the group.

"It was two different deals. It was always going to be two different deals. Because one is, He (Kanye West) saw an artiste, he wanted to sign an artiste. Then this artiste said, ‘Omo I have a producer, in fact, we have a movement. We have the best thing coming out from Africa, and it was so, and then we flew to New York, from after I met him."

“So they were trying to get him (Don Jazzy) to come around, but I understood totally, which is what I said to you. So when he came back home, he had a meeting and that was in July, and he said he doesn’t want us to do Mo'Hits again. That he doesn’t want us to do Mo'Hits again. And I said to him, ‘Please give me 6 months’."

"So I told him (Don Jazzy) to give me 6 months, that he should please just…for me I was even trying to sell my shares, to convince him again, to sell my shares to someone else, take the money, go abroad and try. If you stand in front of a moving car, you're gonna get hit -- which is Justin Bieber's defense in a lawsuit filed by a photog he mowed down.

Bieber was sued last year by Walter Lee, who claims Biebs struck him in 2013 as he left a comedy club on Sunset Boulevard.  

Bieber claims Lee deliberately stood in front of the moving vehicle so TS.

Bieber also doubts Lee was actually hurt. As TMZ first reported, despite claiming serious injuries Lee filmed Bieber just a few days after filing his lawsuit. 

Bieber wants the case tossed out and if the judge wants to award him court costs, that would be swell.

Lindsay Lohan is scrambling to finish her community service by Wednesday ... because jail is on the line.

We're told Lindsay went to the Community Service Volunteers in London Friday and Saturday, and her plan was to go Sunday ... and Monday and Tuesday. She's been delinquent 15 days and MUST finish them by court Wednesday morning. She says she'll get it done.

As TMZ reported ... Lindsay was supposed to do 30 days community service by November 6 but only finished half. The judge cut her a break and ordered her to finish by Wednesday. Lindsay has lots of excuses for not finishing up to now. CVS was closed for 2 weeks, she was in Bora Bora, and on and on.

And we reported she was in the hospital last week ... she told her people she contracted Chikungunya in Bora Bora, but even some of them think she checked herself in just to create an excuse.

She's now acting like she'll log in the necessary hours, but stay tuned. She has a rich history of violating probation. And she'll face a new judge Wednesday and it's likely if she's delinquent the prosecutor will recommend jail.

Lindsay is on probation for her 2012 reckless driving case when she slammed into an 18-wheeler.

Chris Brown is now at the center of a new criminal investigation ... but this time he's the victim.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... when Chris was jailed for leaving rehab back in April and taken across the country to Washington D.C. for his hearing on assault charges, one of his first stops was San Bernardino County Jail.

Chris was only there for a day or so, but procedure required a jail ID. When Chris left, his ID was left with the jailers.

Fast forward to this week ... when someone tried to sell the ID online for $10,000. Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, got wind of it and went to the San Bernardino Sheriff's Dept. and said "What the F***?"

The Sheriff's Dept. launched an investigation and traced the ID to someone in the area. We've learned cops seized the ID and grilled the guy, who insists he got the ID from a friend who got it from a friend.

Cops are trying to figure out how the ID got out of police custody and whether a crime has been committed.

As for the $8 MIL claim ... Wayne says Birdman owed the money for his latest album -- it was supposed to be an advance.

Birdman has held firm ... he will release the album "in due time," but clearly that's not good enough for Wayne.

We're told Wayne will keep recording but he will release his works outside of the Cash Money umbrella.

The singer felt the pun was more than coincidental -- right down to the accent on the last "e" -- so her lawyers fired off a letter to the company crying foul ... and then threatening them.

Etsy got the message and took the items off the artist's online shop. But all is not well. Etsy still has other feyonce items on it's site, including clothing and glassware. And these items are selling big.
