10:25 AM PT -- A lawyer for Bobby Brown just issued a statement, saying there is no truth to the story that Bobbi Kristina will be taken off life support tomorrow. As we reported, members of the Brown family informed us that was indeed the case. But the lawyer, Christopher Brown, says it's not so. 

Bobbi Kristina will be taken off life support tomorrow ... on the 3rd anniversary of Whitney Houston's death ... TMZ has learned.

Brown family sources tell us Bobby has finally made the decision, realizing there is no hope for his 21-year-old daughter to recover.  

A source connected with Houston's family told TMZ on Sunday ... Cissy Houston, Whitney's mom, also wanted life support pulled on the anniversary to "bond mother and daughter for eternity." We have not confirmed this, but the NY Post ran the story this AM.

Members of the Brown family are extremely emotional, sobbing over the decision but realizing it's the right thing to do.

TMZ broke the story ... police have launched a criminal investigation because Bobbi Kristina had injuries on her body when she was rushed to the hospital and we're told the target of the investigation is her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Someone was shot to death outside a pre-Grammy party Saturday night.

It happened outside Supperclub in Hollywood, and the joint was filled with rappers, including DJ Paul and based on social media it looks like Snoop Dogg, Schoolboy Q and Wiz Khalifa were also there.

Two guys got into an argument outside the club, shots rang out and one person lay mortally wounded in the street.  The man was shot in the head and died at the hospital.

Cops tell us it looks like both men involved in the fight were affiliated with gangs.  It's unclear if they were ever inside the club. 

As for Saturday's incident ... cops have a suspect in custody

As Bobbi Kristina lays near death ... the family is discussing funeral plans, but we're told the Browns are preparing for war because of the way they were treated when Whitney Houston died.

Sources connected with the Brown family tell TMZ ... they are a united front to this extent -- they refuse to be disrespected the way they feel they were at Whitney's funeral.  

You may recall ... Bobby Brown stormed out of the funeral after security refused to let him sit with Bobbi Kristina during the service. Bobby told us at the time ... he was also furious the Houstons were angry that he dared to bring 9 members of his family with him.

We're told the feud has already reignited. Houston family security set up a perimeter around Bobbi Kristina's room shortly after she was taken to the hospital and there was a passcode to gain entrance. Many people in the Brown family were not given the code and it caused an uproar.

As one Brown family member told us, "If something happens to Bobbi Kristina, we will not be treated like children."

And we're told the angry discussions are not being held around Bobby Brown. He's gotten wind of the talks several times and he immediately shuts everyone down.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. will get a search warrant to determine if Bruce Jenner was texting at the time he slammed into a car, causing the driver to die ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they will get warrants for both Bruce's phone records and the cellphone itself.  It's illegal to text while driving in California and if Bruce was texting Saturday when he struck a car on PCH in Malibu, authorities could charge him with vehicular manslaughter.

The photos we posted showing Bruce in the car immediately before impact do not reveal what if anything he's holding.  It appears he might be clutching something in his left hand but it's unclear.

Even if he was texting, our sources say proving he was doing it at exactly the moment of the crash could be difficult or even impossible.

Our law enforcement sources also tell us they're positive Bruce tried to avoid the accident.  The tires on his trailer produced significant skid marks and at the last minute Bruce veered to the right, causing the Lexus to swing left into oncoming traffic.  A Hummer struck the Lexus, killing the Lexus driver. 

We're told cops are skeptical about the story of the Prius driver, who was hit from the rear by the Lexus in the chain reaction.  The Prius driver says she was stopped at a red light, but she was about 300 feet from the light itself.  Cops don't know if there was a long line of cars in front of her or if she stopped before the light to make an illegal U-turn.  They tell us her story is "vague."

We're told cops didn't check Bruce's phone at the accident scene.  As one law enforcement source put it, "We were more interested in his sobriety."  Bruce passed the sobriety test.

The shoot was inspired by the 40th anniversary of Jaws, a movie Rihanna grew up watching. “It freaked me out because I was a beach baby, so every time a new Jaws came out I would take months off from the beach or just sit on the sand,” said the Barbados beauty. “If I happened to get in the water, my dad would hum the theme music, and I was right back out of it. Fresh off his 10th anniversary bash, Super star entertainer and entrepreneur, Adebanjo Adedapo, better known as D’banj, has been unveiled as an ambassador for premium vodka brand, Ciroc, in Nigeria. D’banj has added the alcoholic brand to his pool of business deals.

Bangalee is yet to say a word on the endorsement but the Diageo owned company has announced he is their latest brand ambassador.

Also, joined on the Ciroc team is suave Banky W. The jack-of-all-trade-master-of-all in the entertainment industry, also just got announced by Ciroc Nigeria, even though Mr Capable has been floating Ciroc since last year.

Bobby Brown is adamant ... he doesn't want to take his daughter Bobbi Kristina off life support because he believes in God-driven miracles.

Bobby's feelings are not shared by doctors, who have advised him she will not improve and pulling life support is an appropriate action. But Brown and his family -- who are deeply religious -- believe doctors cannot account for miracles ... miracles the family has seen before.

We're told Bobbi Kristina's condition has remained the same since Monday morning ... her brain functions are minimal and there has been no improvement.

Family sources say this has been an ongoing discussion and they believe Brown could come around to the doctor's point of view as time goes on ... but as of late Thursday he's not budging.

When his daughter was transferred to Emory University Hospital Tuesday Brown was hopeful the renowned staff could do something, but the fact that there's been no change is what doctors believe is the handwriting on the wall.
